| Huanyu “Larry” Cheng, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Engineering Science and Mechanics, Penn State Dr. Larry Cheng is an Assistant Professor of Engineering Science and Mechanics with courtesy appointments in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. His research group focuses on the design, fabrication, and characterization of wearable devices and dissolvable sensors for biomedicine. Larry has co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications. His work has been recognized through the reception of awards, including the 2021 Scialog Fellow in Advancing BioImaging, 2021 Frontiers of Materials Award from TMS, 1st Place in Ben Franklin TechCelerator Pitch in 2020, and Forbes 30 Under 30 in Science in 2017. |

| Mehdi Javanmard, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Rutgers University; CEO, RizLab Health
Dr. Mehdi Javanmard is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rutgers School of Engineering as well as the Co-Founder and CEO of RizLab Health. Mehdi received his Ph.D. and master’s degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, all in electrical engineering. He was the winner of the 2020 DARPA Young Faculty Award and the 2019 National Science Foundation CAREER Award for junior faculty. |

| Jennifer McCaney, Ph.D., Co-Executive Director, Biodesign Program, UCLA
Dr. Jennifer McCaney is Co-Executive Director of UCLA Biodesign, Associate Director of UCLA CTSI, and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and Anderson School of Management. She has worked extensively with start-up companies in medtech, digital health, and diagnostics, as well as business development executives from leading manufacturers. A Fulbright Scholar, she completed her Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at Stanford and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of New South Wales. Jennifer has both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT as well as a bachelor’s degree in management science from the MIT Sloan School of Management. |
