Mahruq Siddiqui is an entrepreneur and cofounder of a technology startup that fosters self-sustaining communities through equitable access to jobs and financial resources. She has over 18 years of professional experience in technology management across various industries, including life sciences/pharma, engineering and construction, and consulting. Mahruq started her career as a software engineer, and thereafter worked in technology leadership roles across various Fortune 500 global healthcare organizations. Her roles have included managing all aspects of product and technology lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to product development and launch. Mahruq also has expertise in product strategy, program and portfolio management, process improvement, and IT management. She is passionate about equitable healthcare, and aims to launch solutions focused on bridging health inequities. Mahruq holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Corporate Governance. She received a B.S. in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
