Drew Weil is the Manager of Hospital Operations at UCLA Health.  In his role, Drew works in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and his executive team to support the delivery of efficient, patient-centered care and services at each of the health system’s hospitals and clinics.   A former UCLA Health Administrative Fellow, he now leads UCLA Health’s Administrative Fellowship, as well as the Graduate Administrative Internship program and numerous other operational activities.  As the Operations Manager for UCLA Biodesign, Drew oversees administrative functions and operational aspects of the Biodesign Fellowship. Prior to UCLA, Drew received his MPH in health care management from Yale University and earned his BS in health administration from Central Michigan University.
