Sumita is leading NurLabs, a medtech startup, as Founder+CEO. Sumita has a decade of experience conducting counter-terrorism operations with the United States Navy and the National Security Agency. She has nine patents awarded. Her deep tech work spans the public and private sectors, developing global technology standards. Sumita completed her MBA at UCLA Anderson with additional degrees in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Arabic from the Defense Language Institute, and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
