Laura Doepke is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Radiology, Breast Imaging at UCLA Health. Laura serves as the Medical Director at the UCLA Westlake Village Women’s Imaging Center which is a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. She also serves as the regional medical director of the northern breast imaging satellite facilities. She is actively involved in teaching medical students, radiology residents and breast imaging fellows and serves as a mentor to medical students applying to the field of radiology. Laura’s most recent accomplishments include partnering in the development of the Integrated Diagnostic Report for Breast Imaging which is the first fused radiology-pathology report for breast biopsies at UCLA. She has also taken a central role in the development of the LVN program for breast imaging which is a novel program to UCLA, designed to improve efficiency in workflow and improve patient care in the breast imaging workspace. She has a degree in molecular, cell and developmental biology from UCLA and also completed her medical school training, residency and a breast imaging fellowship at UCLA.
